2. What data we process, why and on what legal basis

3. Property data
The listings shown on the site come from the Agim Online real estate management system used by Maison RE and concern properties, not individuals.
4. Recipients
Data are processed by authorised Maison RE staff and collaborators and by providers acting as processors: site hosting (Aruba S.p.A.), email (Microsoft 365), real estate management system and CRM (Agim Online and Vendilo). Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd and Google Ireland Ltd process measurement data only if you give consent. Data are neither sold nor disclosed.
5. Transfers outside the EU
Meta and Google may transfer data to the United States; they do so on the basis of the safeguards provided by the GDPR (Data Privacy Framework adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses).
6. Retention
Form requests are kept for the time needed to reply and, if no relationship starts, for 24 months at most; if a relationship starts, for its duration and for the legal terms (including tax). Technical logs are kept for short periods. Measurement data follow the durations listed in the Cookie Policy. You may ask for deletion at any time.
7. Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and object to processing; you may withdraw your consent at any time (withdrawal does not affect earlier processing). Write to info@maisonre.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).
Providing form data is optional, but without it we cannot reply to your request.
